Go for something at the lower end first and then slowly work your way up. You are more likely to gain success that way.

After training for over ten years, your body would really be used to all these routines and so they would not hurt you if you try someone more stressful but definitely not when you are still a teenager. In fact, it might lead to the bodybuilder being over-trained and injuries will result. Therefore, consider the level and amount of time carefully first before training.
